Terms and Conditions

Shipping and delivery of goods

We provide delivery services to you throughout Thailand and international delivery services (AEC COUNTRIES).

We will notify you of the status after you have paid for the product. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment to confirm your order details. Once we have prepared your item for shipment, you will receive a tracking number with the courier’s information and tracking information. International shipments (AEC COUNTRIES) will take approximately 14 – 21 business days.

  • Due to international shipping, there may be delays in delivery. We apologize for this.

If you order products totaling ฿1,500.00 or more, free registered mail or EMS ฿50.00

If you order products totaling ฿3,000.00 or more, EMS shipping is free.

Product Exchange ( Thailand only )

Product exchanges can be made in 2 cases:

– The product is not your size and you want to change the size. You cannot change the color or skip models.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, the product cannot be exchanged.

 

Volt hopes you are satisfied with our products. If you wish to return the product due to the above 2 cases, you can return the product within 14 business days from the date of purchase. To return the product for exchange, the product must be in the same condition with the product tags. Do not wash or remove the product tags.

Product exchange requirements

Products ordered online must be exchanged online only.

Products purchased through the store must be exchanged at the store only.

Products ordered through Paypal must be exchanged online only.

To exchange a product, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • If you order products from a dealer, you must contact the dealer and accept the terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

The product must be in its original condition with tags. Do not wash or remove the tags.

Please clearly state your return address and send via post or private courier.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will deliver a new product to you after receiving the defective product back. There will be no shipping costs.

If the product does not have a manufacturing defect and you wish to exchange the size, there will be a shipping cost for you.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards: Payment can only be made with Visa and Master cards.

Electronic cards: Some cards may not be accepted for payment.

Bank Transfer: You can make a direct bank transfer to pay for your order and use your order number to confirm your payment.

Paypal: Payment via PayPal account only.

Gift cards: Cards issued only at VOLT (used for paying for products instead of cash)

Energy Reward Point : Use the number of points equal to the price of the product you will pay.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

VOLT doesn’t ship internationally, but ordering options are available in several other countries. Orders can be shipped within THAILAND, AEC Countries .

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.Please note that International orders ( AEC Countries ) can take up to 14-21 business days for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed,

we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

If you place your order, you’ll automatically receive free Normal Register or 50% Discount EMS on all qualifying orders of ฿ 1,500 or more.

CANCEL OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order’s not been dispatched (we will confirm your order status via an email when it has), Contact our sales team within 24 hrs to cancel or change it. If we’ve already sent your shipping, you are not able to cancel or change it, we apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PRODUCT ( THAILAND ONLY )

THIS POLICY REFERS TO SIZE / FAULTY DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT EXCHANGES ONLY

VOLT hope you are satisfied with your gear. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and 14 days guarantee after purchase . If you need to return your order, your product(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed with all the labels on to be accepted for return or exchange within 14 business days from the date on invoice.

We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally, we apologize for any inconvenience.

 

YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) AS FOLLOWS

Items purchased online must be returned online within 14 days of purchase.

Items purchased in VOLT retail store must be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase

Items purchased online using PayPal must be returned online within 14 days of purchase

You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.

Items must be unused and unwashed.

* Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy

 

SENDING IT BACK TO US

Repackage items exactly how you received them — boxes, tags, and all

Write your order confirmation number on the outside of the package

Clearly address your package to our returns .Take your sealed box to any post office counter or authorized carrier outlet to purchase your return postage.

 

RESTRICTIONS

If product(s) are faulty due to manufacturing defect we will return a new one without shipping cost or full refunds .

If product(s) are not faulty due to manufacturing defect cause by SIZE ,there will be cost for shipping

These general conditions are intended as a reasonable provision for the legal relationship between Volt and Customer. If and insofar as a provision from these general conditions is judged by any competent body to be invalid or unfeasible, the other provisions of these general conditions shall remain fully in effect. The parties shall in that case enter into reasonable consultation and set out to reach agreement on a valid alternative stipulation that is as close as possible to the intention of the stipulation that is invalid or cannot be implemented with a view to replacing the stipulation in question.
