Q : Do You Ship Internationally?

      International Shipping

           International orders (shipped outside Thailand) can take up to 14-21 business days 

      for delivery. Please be advised international orders can sometimes be delayed,     

      we apologize for any inconvenience.

          

          Be sure to check your shipment tracking number (provided via link when the order ships) 

      for delivery status. 

Q : What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

A  : – Credit and Debit Cards

         We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa.

     

      – Electronic Cards

         Some electronic cards may work, but others may not.

 

      – Direct Bank Transfer 

        Make your payment directly into our bank account.

        Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

 

     –  Paypal

        Must be a verified PayPal account. Only PayPal, no other sites.

Q : How do I place an Order?

A  :   1. Place your Order

            

             Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. 

            To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, 

            and click ‘Add To Cart’;

        

        2. Complete the Order Form

             Before clicking “ Proceed to checkout “, please check your Order Details carefully.

             If you want to add more item you can go back to catalog and choose an item ,

             It will automatically updates your cart. 

        3. Payment

            After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

            Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. 

            and choose your Payment Method.

Q : How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

A : If your order’s not been dispatched (we will confirm your order status via an email when it has), 

     Contact our sales team within 24 hrs to cancel or change it.

     *If we’ve already sent your item, you are not able to return or exchange it, 

      we apologize for any inconvenience.
