This policy explains when VOLT accepts a product exchange, what it costs, and where it applies. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Thailand. Please check our Size Chart and International FAQs carefully before ordering, since international orders cannot be exchanged for a different size once shipped. / ขณะนี้ VOLT ยังไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่จัดส่งออกนอกประเทศไทย กรุณาตรวจสอบตารางขนาดสินค้า (Size Chart) และInternational FAQs อย่างละเอียดก่อนสั่งซื้อ เนื่องจากคำสั่งซื้อต่างประเทศไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ได้หลังจากจัดส่งแล้ว
Exchanges within Thailand / การเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายในประเทศไทย
For orders delivered within Thailand, we accept a product exchange in two cases only: / สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่จัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย เรารับเปลี่ยนสินค้าใน 2 กรณีเท่านั้น
- The product does not fit and you need a different size, in the same colour and model / สินค้าไม่พอดีตัวและต้องการเปลี่ยนขนาด ในสีและรุ่นเดิมเท่านั้น (ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสีหรือรุ่นได้)
- The product has a manufacturing defect / สินค้ามีตำหนิจากกระบวนการผลิต
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags attached. Sale/discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. / กรุณาแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่สั่งซื้อ สินค้าต้องไม่ผ่านการใช้งานหรือซัก และต้องมีป้ายสินค้าติดอยู่ครบถ้วน สินค้าที่ลดราคาไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินได้ กรุณาแนบใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ

How to request an exchange / วิธีขอเปลี่ยนสินค้า
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange / ติดต่อเราพร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและเหตุผลที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า
- Repack the item in its original condition with all tags attached / แพ็คสินค้ากลับในสภาพเดิมพร้อมป้ายสินค้าครบถ้วน
- Ship it to the return address below and keep your shipment tracking number / จัดส่งไปยังที่อยู่สำหรับส่งคืนด้านล่าง และเก็บเลขพัสดุไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your replacement / เมื่อเราได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว จะจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้ทันที

VOLT offers product exchanges rather than cash refunds, except where required by law. If the item you want is out of stock for an exchange, please contact us and we will find the best solution together. / VOLT ให้บริการเปลี่ยนสินค้าเป็นหลัก ไม่ใช่การคืนเงิน ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด หากสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนหมดสต๊อก กรุณาติดต่อเราเพื่อหาทางออกร่วมกัน
