This policy explains when VOLT accepts an exchange or refund, the applicable shipping costs, and how to submit a request. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right under Thai law. / นโยบายนี้อธิบายเงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่ง และวิธีส่งคำขอ ทั้งนี้ ไม่มีข้อความใดในนโยบายนี้เป็นการจำกัดสิทธิผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนดไว้

We do not normally accept size-change or change-of-mind returns for orders shipped outside Thailand. Please review our Size Chart and International FAQs before ordering. Exchanges within Thailand / การเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายในประเทศไทย
For orders delivered within Thailand, request an exchange within 30 days after receiving the product for either: / สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่จัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย กรุณาแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า ในกรณีต่อไปนี้
- You need a different size in the same colour and model / ต้องการเปลี่ยนขนาดในสีและรุ่นเดิม
- The product has a manufacturing defect, is materially misdescribed, or was supplied incorrectly / สินค้ามีตำหนิจากการผลิต รายละเอียดไม่ตรงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ หรือจัดส่งผิด
For a size exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, in resalable condition, and returned with original tags and proof of purchase. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a change-of-mind or size exchange, but mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed, or wrongly supplied goods still apply. / สำหรับการเปลี่ยนไซส์ สินค้าต้องไม่ผ่านการใช้งานหรือซัก อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมจำหน่าย มีป้ายสินค้าเดิมและหลักฐานการซื้อ สินค้าลดราคาไม่รับเปลี่ยนเพราะเปลี่ยนใจหรือเปลี่ยนไซส์ แต่สิทธิตามกฎหมายกรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิ รายละเอียดไม่ตรง หรือจัดส่งผิดยังคงมีผล

How to request an exchange or refund / วิธีขอเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า
- Contact us with your order number, reason, and clear photos where relevant. / ติดต่อเราพร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ เหตุผล และภาพถ่ายที่ชัดเจนหากเกี่ยวข้อง
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and the return instructions before shipping. / รอทีมงานยืนยันสิทธิและวิธีส่งคืนก่อนจัดส่ง
- Return the item in the required condition and keep the tracking number. / ส่งคืนสินค้าในสภาพที่กำหนดและเก็บเลขติดตามพัสดุไว้
- After inspection, we will confirm the replacement, refund, or other remedy. / หลังตรวจสอบ เราจะแจ้งการเปลี่ยนสินค้า คืนเงิน หรือแนวทางเยียวยาอื่น

VOLT generally offers an exchange where appropriate. A refund or other remedy will be provided where required by law, including where an eligible replacement is unavailable. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where practicable; processing time may vary by bank or payment provider. / โดยทั่วไป VOLT จะเสนอการเปลี่ยนสินค้าเมื่อเหมาะสม และจะคืนเงินหรือเยียวยาในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนด รวมถึงเมื่อไม่มีสินค้าทดแทนที่เข้าเงื่อนไข การคืนเงินที่อนุมัติจะคืนผ่านช่องทางชำระเงินเดิมเท่าที่ทำได้ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการอาจแตกต่างกันตามธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน
