For orders shipped outside Thailand, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in the order total or collected by VOLT. We currently accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and more) via Stripe, and direct bank transfer. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is complete. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel or change the shipping address.
