1. Acceptance of Terms / การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of voltbkk.com (the “Website”) and orders placed with VOLT Energy Wear Co., Ltd. (“VOLT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy also apply where relevant.
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ (“ข้อกำหนด”) ใช้กับการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ voltbkk.com และคำสั่งซื้อกับบริษัท โวลท์ เอนเนอร์จี แวร์ จำกัด (“VOLT” หรือ “เรา”) การใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือสั่งซื้อสินค้าถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยมี นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว นโยบายคุกกี้ และ นโยบายการคืนเงินและเปลี่ยนสินค้า ใช้ร่วมกันในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. Eligibility / คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้บริการ
You must be at least 20 years old, or place an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
ท่านต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ หรือสั่งซื้อภายใต้การดูแลของบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย และมีความสามารถตามกฎหมายในการทำนิติกรรม
3. Website Use / การใช้งานเว็บไซต์
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or extract content or pricing data for commercial use without written permission.
ท่านต้องใช้เว็บไซต์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และต้องไม่พยายามเข้าถึงระบบโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รบกวนความปลอดภัย ส่งโค้ดที่เป็นอันตราย สั่งซื้อโดยทุจริต แอบอ้างบุคคลอื่น หรือนำเนื้อหาและข้อมูลราคาไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
4. Intellectual Property / ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
The VOLT name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, Website layout, and code are owned by or licensed to VOLT and protected by applicable law. Content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use only and must not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
ชื่อ VOLT โลโก้ ดีไซน์สินค้า ภาพถ่าย กราฟิก ข้อความ โครงสร้างเว็บไซต์ และโค้ด เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของหรือได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้โดย VOLT และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมาย ท่านสามารถรับชมเนื้อหาเพื่อการใช้ส่วนตัวที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์เท่านั้น และต้องไม่ทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง แจกจ่าย หรือใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
5. Products, Pricing, and Availability / สินค้า ราคา และสต็อก
Prices are shown in Thai Baht and include applicable Thai taxes unless stated otherwise. Product colours may vary slightly by screen. We take reasonable care with descriptions, images, prices, and stock, but errors may occur. If we find a material error after an order is placed, we will contact you before fulfilment so you may confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.
ราคาแสดงเป็นเงินบาทและรวมภาษีไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว เว้นแต่ระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น สีสินค้าอาจแตกต่างเล็กน้อยตามหน้าจอ เราตรวจสอบรายละเอียด รูปภาพ ราคา และสต็อกตามสมควร แต่อาจเกิดข้อผิดพลาดได้ หากพบข้อผิดพลาดสำคัญหลังรับคำสั่งซื้อ เราจะติดต่อท่านก่อนดำเนินการ เพื่อให้ยืนยันข้อมูลที่แก้ไขหรือยกเลิกและรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน
6. Orders and Contract Formation / คำสั่งซื้อและการเกิดสัญญา
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but is not acceptance. A binding sale contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
อีเมลรับคำสั่งซื้อเป็นการยืนยันว่าเราได้รับคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว แต่ยังไม่ถือเป็นการตอบรับ สัญญาซื้อขายเกิดขึ้นเมื่อเราส่งการยืนยันจัดส่งหรือจัดส่งสินค้า เราอาจปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อก่อนจัดส่งด้วยเหตุด้านสต็อก ราคา การชำระเงิน การป้องกันทุจริต หรือกฎหมาย และจะคืนเงินที่เรียกเก็บแล้วสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่ถูกยกเลิก
7. Payment / การชำระเงิน
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard through Stripe, and direct bank transfer with payment confirmation. We do not currently accept PayPal, cash on delivery, cheques, or money orders. Your bank may apply exchange-rate or international transaction fees, which are outside VOLT’s control.
ปัจจุบันเรารับบัตร Visa และ Mastercard ผ่าน Stripe และการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคารพร้อมยืนยันการชำระเงิน เรายังไม่รองรับ PayPal เก็บเงินปลายทาง เช็ค หรือธนาณัติ ธนาคารของท่านอาจคิดอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนหรือค่าธรรมเนียมธุรกรรมระหว่างประเทศซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของ VOLT
8. Shipping and Delivery / การจัดส่งสินค้า
VOLT ships within Thailand and internationally. Available methods, charges, free-shipping thresholds, and estimates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping and Delivery page. Checkout information is the current and controlling information. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Import duties, taxes, and local handling fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
VOLT จัดส่งทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ วิธีจัดส่ง ค่าบริการ เกณฑ์ส่งฟรี และระยะเวลาโดยประมาณจะแสดงที่หน้าชำระเงินและ หน้าการจัดส่งสินค้า โดยข้อมูลที่หน้าชำระเงินเป็นข้อมูลปัจจุบันและใช้เป็นหลัก ระยะเวลาจัดส่งเป็นเพียงประมาณการ ภาษีนำเข้า อากร และค่าดำเนินการในประเทศปลายทางเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า เว้นแต่ระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น
9. Cancellation and Order Changes / การยกเลิกและแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อ
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after ordering, if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist before dispatch but cannot guarantee a change. Once dispatched, the returns and exchange rules apply. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
หากต้องการแก้ไขหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ กรุณาติดต่อเราโดยเร็วที่สุด และควรภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังสั่งซื้อ เราจะพยายามดำเนินการก่อนจัดส่งแต่ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ เมื่อจัดส่งแล้วให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้า ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบสิทธิตามกฎหมายที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้
10. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds / การเปลี่ยน คืน และคืนเงิน
For eligible Thailand orders, requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the product. Size exchanges require an unused, unwashed item with original tags and proof of purchase. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind or size exchange. Defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products are handled in accordance with applicable law and are not excluded by sale status or destination. สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อในประเทศไทยที่เข้าเงื่อนไข ต้องแจ้งคำขอภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า การเปลี่ยนไซส์ต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ยังไม่ใช้ ไม่ผ่านการซัก มีป้ายเดิมและหลักฐานการซื้อ สินค้าลดราคาหรือสินค้าเซลไม่ร่วมการเปลี่ยนจากความต้องการส่วนบุคคลหรือการเปลี่ยนไซส์ แต่กรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิ เสียหาย รายละเอียดไม่ตรง หรือจัดส่งผิด จะดำเนินการตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยไม่ตัดสิทธิเพราะเป็นสินค้าเซลหรือปลายทางจัดส่ง รายละเอียดขั้นตอน ค่าใช้จ่าย และที่อยู่สำหรับส่งคืนเท่านั้นอยู่ใน นโยบายการคืนเงินและเปลี่ยนสินค้า
11. Consumer Rights and Liability / สิทธิผู้บริโภคและความรับผิด
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai consumer-protection law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOLT is not liable for indirect or consequential business loss. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ตัดหรือจำกัดสิทธิและการเยียวยาที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคไทย ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต VOLT ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางธุรกิจโดยอ้อมหรือสืบเนื่อง และไม่มีข้อความใดยกเว้นความรับผิดจากการฉ้อโกง เจตนาทุจริต ความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง การเสียชีวิต การบาดเจ็บ หรือความรับผิดอื่นที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเว้น
12. Force Majeure / เหตุสุดวิสัย
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, labour disputes, transport disruption, or network outages. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance.
เราไม่รับผิดต่อความล่าช้าหรือการไม่สามารถดำเนินการที่เกิดจากเหตุอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควร เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ การกระทำของรัฐ ข้อพิพาทแรงงาน การขนส่งหยุดชะงัก หรือระบบเครือข่ายขัดข้อง โดยเราจะดำเนินการตามสมควรเพื่อลดผลกระทบและกลับมาดำเนินการ
13. Governing Law and Disputes / กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและข้อพิพาท
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute fairly. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under Thai law. This clause does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย หากเกิดข้อพิพาท เราขอให้ท่านติดต่อเราก่อนเพื่อพยายามหาทางแก้ไขอย่างเป็นธรรม หากไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้ อาจนำข้อพิพาทต่อศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจตามกฎหมายไทย โดยข้อนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิบังคับตามกฎหมายในการยื่นข้อเรียกร้องต่อหน่วยงานหรือศาลอื่นที่มีอำนาจ
14. Changes and Severability / การแก้ไขและการแบ่งแยกข้อกำหนด
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดเป็นครั้งคราว โดยฉบับที่มีผลเมื่อท่านสั่งซื้อจะใช้กับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น หากข้อใดไม่สมบูรณ์หรือบังคับใช้ไม่ได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือยังคงมีผล
