1. Acceptance of Terms / การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of voltbkk.com (the “Website”) and any order you place with VOLT Energy Wear Co., Ltd. (“VOLT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

To place an order, you must be at least 20 years of age (the age of legal majority in Thailand) or place the order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, and to cancel any order, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Section.

All content on the Website — including the VOLT name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and the Website’s layout and code — is owned by or licensed to VOLT and is protected by Thai and international intellectual property law. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

All prices on the Website are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable Thai taxes unless stated otherwise. If your card or bank is issued outside Thailand, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at checkout using its own exchange rate; VOLT is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order to give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud.

6. Ordering / การสั่งซื้อ
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order details. This confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not yet constitute our acceptance of it. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email with courier and tracking information, or when your order is otherwise dispatched.

VOLT currently accepts the following payment methods only:

8. Shipping and Delivery / การจัดส่งสินค้า
VOLT ships to Thailand and internationally. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Current rates and thresholds are:

For orders shipped outside Thailand, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or collected by VOLT.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is damaged or incomplete.

9. Order Cancellation or Changes / การยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งซื้อ
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our team within 24 hours of placing the order to cancel or change it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

10. Exchanges and Returns / การเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า
VOLT offers product exchanges rather than cash refunds, except where required by law. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Thailand — please review our Size Chart and International FAQs carefully before ordering internationally.
VOLT ให้บริการเปลี่ยนสินค้าแทนการคืนเงินสด ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ขณะนี้เรายังไม่รับคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่จัดส่งออกนอกประเทศไทย — กรุณาตรวจสอบตารางไซส์และคำถามที่พบบ่อยสำหรับลูกค้าต่างประเทศอย่างละเอียดก่อนสั่งซื้อ
For orders delivered within Thailand, we accept an exchange within 30 days of purchase in two cases only: (a) the product does not fit and you need a different size in the same colour and model, or (b) the product has a manufacturing defect. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached, along with proof of purchase. Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

11. Limitation of Liability / ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, VOLT’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. VOLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity, except in cases of death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต ความรับผิดทั้งหมดของ VOLT ต่อท่านอันเกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือคำสั่งซื้อใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางสัญญา ละเมิด หรือฐานอื่นใด จะไม่เกินจำนวนเงินทั้งหมดที่ท่านชำระสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่เป็นเหตุแห่งการเรียกร้องนั้น VOLT จะไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นโดยบังเอิญ หรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงการสูญเสียกำไรหรือโอกาสทางธุรกิจ เว้นแต่ในกรณีเสียชีวิต บาดเจ็บต่อร่างกาย หรือการฉ้อโกงที่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงหรือเจตนาทุจริตของเรา หรือในกรณีที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับไม่อนุญาตให้จำกัดความรับผิดดังกล่าว
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) or other mandatory Thai consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ที่จะตัดสิทธิหรือจำกัดสิทธิใดๆ ที่ท่านพึงมีในฐานะผู้บริโภคภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค พ.ศ. 2522 หรือกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคไทยอื่นที่ไม่อาจถูกยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมาย
12. Indemnification / การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย
You agree to indemnify and hold VOLT, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
ท่านตกลงชดใช้ค่าเสียหายและปกป้อง VOLT กรรมการ พนักงาน และตัวแทนของบริษัท ให้พ้นจากข้อเรียกร้อง ความสูญเสีย ความรับผิด หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ (รวมถึงค่าทนายความตามสมควร) อันเกิดจากการที่ท่านละเมิดข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ หรือการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ในทางที่ผิด
13. Force Majeure / เหตุสุดวิสัย
VOLT shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labour disputes, courier or postal service disruptions, or other events of force majeure.
VOLT จะไม่รับผิดต่อความล่าช้าหรือความล้มเหลวในการปฏิบัติตามข้อผูกพันอันเกิดจากเหตุที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควรของเรา รวมถึงภัยธรรมชาติ การกระทำของรัฐบาล ข้อพิพาทด้านแรงงาน การหยุดชะงักของบริการขนส่งหรือไปรษณีย์ หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยอื่นๆ
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution / กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการระงับข้อพิพาท
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If not resolved within a reasonable time, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวเนื่องกับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ คู่กรณีจะพยายามเจรจาตกลงกันด้วยความสมานฉันท์ก่อน หากไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้ภายในระยะเวลาอันสมควร ข้อพิพาทดังกล่าวจะถูกนำเสนอต่อศาลไทยซึ่งมีเขตอำนาจแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
15. Severability / การแบ่งแยกได้ของข้อกำหนด
These Terms and Conditions are intended as a reasonable provision for the legal relationship between VOLT and the customer. If any provision is judged by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect, and the parties shall in good faith agree on a valid alternative that is as close as possible to the original intent.
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นข้อกำหนดที่สมเหตุสมผลสำหรับความสัมพันธ์ทางกฎหมายระหว่าง VOLT และลูกค้า หากข้อกำหนดใดถูกวินิจฉัยโดยหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจว่าไม่สมบูรณ์หรือไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้อกำหนดส่วนที่เหลือจะยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้อย่างสมบูรณ์ และคู่สัญญาจะตกลงกันด้วยความสุจริตใจเพื่อหาข้อตกลงทดแทนที่ใกล้เคียงกับเจตนาเดิมมากที่สุด
16. Changes to These Terms / การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will govern that order. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
